KYLE PRESTON
Meet Kyle, the triple threat with 10 years experience in luxury hospitality, 7 years in residential and commercial construction, and a passion for providing top tier client care. Kyle is our resident Handyman Realtor and can help patch that wall before listing your home.
Originally from the Toronto(ish) area, Kyle has travelled throughout Canada and spent time living in Toronto, Northern Ontario, Banff, Vancouver, Kelowna and North Vancouver before falling in love with the Lower Mainland, and his wife, Katie. They've settling down in Coquitlam where they purchased their first home together. Kyle and Katie now live in Langley, where they are proud to be raising their two children.
Kyle and his family love exploring their community and meeting new neighbours and local business owners. They especially like finding hidden gems in their city whether it’s a new park for the kids, picnic spot or restaurant, or a trail to explore. It’s important to Kyle to help build a welcoming community and spends his free time volunteering at school events, attending swim practice, or hosting a neighbourhood block BBQ.
Having lived in so many cities, Kyle is passionate for the Greater Vancouver area, with a special love for Langley and the Fraser Valley. If you’re ever looking for neighbourhood recommendations, he’s got your back.
