With the rate the City & Township are growing it doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon despite the efforts the City & Township are putting into infrastructure. We like to refer to Willoughby at "The Metro Town of the Fraser Valley.

It doesn't just come with the nickname "The Metro Town of the Fraser Valley" for no reason. With growth and desirability comes a price tag $$$. Langley is a more affordable option than more western cities but price of entry might give you a shock
